HC Fillet Knife

This fillet knife is made from high carbon spring steel full tang design that has been hand forged. This blade has been hardend and tempered through a heat treating process. The blade is also flexable due to the spring steel used and extra carefull attention to the heat treating process. The blade is 6" and the handle is 5" giving it a total length of 11". The handle is made from Hickory, a hardwood that is durable and beautiful and has a "Coke Bottle" shape for the most comfortable grip. The beautiful sheath was hand crafted by our very own professional leather worker Natasha (my wife) from Lockwood Leatherworks!
